AUTISM ; DEPRESSION - punca tetap sama

Bismillah .

Dua hari lepas saya berpeluang jumpa Wafi lagi . Sebenarnya tujuan asal nak hantar sekotak setengah Lactoberry je . Itu sahaja . Ibunya kata bekalan lactoberry untuk Wafi & adiknya dah habis . Tapi tulah , the beauty of berjumpa  'face-to-face' , macam2 cerita relevan dan penting ( campur jugak hilai ketawa bersilangan dengan topik2 yg kurang penting ) boleh terkeluar kan .........as opposed to texting di whatsapp memanjang . Padahal kami baru sangat mula berkenalan ,tak sampai dua bulan pun dan dah berjumpa 4 kali , setiap kali jumpa tu pun dalam keadaan yang berebut sebab masing2 ada yang nak dikejar ......pass stock Shuanghor dan bertukar simple hi's dan terus byee .

Kita berdua umpama two women in the same boot .....( dua orang ibu yang very concerned about anak masing2 yang sedang melalui ujian sambil belajar bende baru yang berkaitan dengan anak kita walaupun kami berbeza jauh dari segi umur : 20tahun difference , dan begitu juga anak2 kami : 18 tahun difference) .

Kali ni kita sama2 nampak improvement in our sons .......alhamdulillah ......mungkin pada mata orang lain terlalu2 kecik , tapi kepada kita sebagai ibu ( hanya ibu2 je yang boleh relate ni ) sekecik manapun harapan yg kita nampak kita tetap akan celebrate  'the light at the end of the tunnel' .

Perubahan yang kita share notes semalam Anak dia :
  • Ekspres jealousy bila adik keciknya manja dengan ibu . Sebelum ni takde such thing , muka selamba je seolah tak peka kpd apa2 pun
  • Ekspres excitement , tepuk tangan teruja bila bapa nya amik adiknya
  • Selalunya bila baca buku dia takde keluarkan suara , baru ni dia ucapkan ' pink  ! pink! pink! ' bila nampak picture bende warna tersebut dalam buku dia.
     
Anak saya :
  • Senyum bila diusik , sebelumni takde show emosi 
  • mula nak ikut abang nya keluar sikit sikit 
  • kurang mengasing/menyepikan diri  
Nota kecik :
  •  Ibu muda ni cadang saya find out about ' PLAY THERAPHY' .
  •  Sentuhan , pelukkan , cium

FASTING : A HEALING HABIT

Bismillah .

Semalam for the 1st time saya dengar , salah seorang sifu saya beritahu yang badan kita sebenarnya lebih energetic dalam puasa . Nak tau kenapa ? Sebab bila kita tak makan perut kita berehat dan proses penghadaman rupanya menggunakan sangat banyak tenaga badan kita  so bila organ2 terlibat dalam proses ni berehat tenaga kita ada spare . Hmm interesting .

On the same note , menantuku hit by hyperthyroidsm 5 tahun lalu dimana pada satu ketika tak boleh tahan jika tak makan . Dan bila dia lapar tak kira siang ataupun tengah2 malam dia terpaksa juga cari makanan . Selalu pulak laparnya ni , it became a panicky situation for everyone when he had his hunger pangs , there was no room for tolerance , patience back then . Amazingly when he opted for a fruitjuice - fasting programme he has improved incredibly all round ,terbukti badan kita adalah sihat bila kita tak pakai makan jer ......

And semalam kelmarin  Abah called , suara excited . " Lin ! perut abah tak sakit lah bulan puasa ni .......:) " .
ME : " Alhamdulillah" , felt happy to hear his voice happy .

Abah : " Itu yang abah pelik tu . "
ME    : " Kenapa pulak Bah ? "
Abah : '' Sebab bila kita puasa kan perut kita kosong , bila perut kita kosong asid gastrik akan keluar lebih . Bila dah keluar lebih tu nanti asid tu akan hakiskan lining dalam perut kita , so patutnya semakin sakitlah perut kita "

Inilah yang didrill kedalam otak kita sejak zaman dulu kan. Salah satu daripada info sesat yang telah berjaya ditanam didalam sanubari kita . [ KEPENTINGAN MENGUNYAH]

Mode : menanti asr .

Harini nak cakap pasal pentingnya mengunyah didalam kesihatan tubuh badan kita. 

Teringat masa arwah Mak was spending her last few months in Hospital Kluang . My second youngest brother, Iz was residing abroad and we would update him regularly on skype regarding Mak's health . Arwah Mak has always been a neat person all her life , she even maintained her tidiness and everything else even when she was so ill in hospital back then. Before the doctors-on-duty datang for their daily rounds misti Mak make sure Nora dah cleaned her and changed into new clothes and combed her hair . Satu je yang dia tak dapat nak follow through ialah terus pakai her dentures , it must have been hospital procedures though ,to them off . So on one of her skype videos that we showed, Iz tetiba exclaimed mana dentures Mak !  ps : [ Iz is doctor specialising in maxillofacial stuff] . Terkejut jugak ......dalam hati pikir apalah sangat the cosmetics when she was so very ill , no doubt it would matter a lot to her , it always did . On that day barulah tau yang sepalsu2 dentures ia memainkan peranaan rupanya , Apparently , wearing dentures help with chewing . And without teeth ( albeit fake) a person would eventually suffer from indigestion due to the partially-chewed food . Having said that , indigestion can lead to a myriad of diseases - gastritis . GERD , leaky gut , collitis and consequently diabetes , hypertension etc .  So let's not take chewing for granted . Click here for more information on chewing .

DETOKS RAMADHAN 1439H

1 Ramadhan 1439H , 10.20pm

Bismillah .

Ramadhan sudah bermula . Dah selesai tarawih hari pertama . Rancanganku - detoks seriously dengan minimum produk [ Shuanghor] , saja nak buktikan kepada diri sendiri yang it can be done asalkan sanggup berdisiplin- istiqomah . Bermula dari semalam , sebelum puasa lagi dah ambik satu papan Jiahor Nutrihealth Tablets . Walaupun tak plan tapi terpaksa start off sebab rasa feverish malamtu . Jarang sekali saya demam ,jujurkata setahun tidak sekali alhamdulillah . So bila macam warning signals baru nak muncul tak payah lah nak tunggu-tunggu lagi .

Untuk sahur , sekadar 2 keping roti Adventist sapu butter disusuli sebiji mangga [dah silap ni , sepatutnya buah patut kene makan 'before meal' ] . Minum secawan kopi CEO 4-in-1,  2 sachet Lactoberry & lagi satu papan Jiahor Nutrihealth Tablet . Segelas air ( date vinegar + honey ) , segelas air rendaman sehiris lemon . ( sebut pasal air lemon ni dah buat kelenjar liur teransang ). Hi hi .... > peace<😆.

Adakah anda sihat ?

Jika anda takde penyakit , tak semestinya anda sihat .
